Take a trip with the Around The World Tunisian Throw! Cute little squares are worked in rounds to achieve this great woven look. Try this Tunisian crochet blanket pattern in bright colors or neutrals and you'll still love the result. This Tunisian afghan will look great in so many different homes. The color combination of the coral, cream, and gray complement each other beautifully, however, a lot of other color combinations would look equally elegant. But don't fret about choosing just one combination because this crochet afghan pattern is so fun to make that you'll definitely want to make several.

NOTES:
1. Throw is worked from the center outwards. A center square is worked first. A round of squares is worked around the center square. Then another round of squares is worked around the previous round, and so on.
2. Each square is worked in Tunisian Crochet. In Tunisian Crochet, each row is worked in two steps. In the first step (forward pass), loops are picked up and placed on the hook. In the second step (return pass), the loops are worked off the hook. The work is never turned. The right side is always facing you.

I love the Around The World Tunisian Throw. This pattern is very well written and a easy to follow pattern. Tunisian crochet is one of my favorite stitches to make. I don't care for the granny squares at all but with this pattern you kinda get that look with out doing the granny squares. This one is on my "must make list". Thank you so much for this free crochet pattern.
