Two Color Reversible Shells Afghan

Who needs one pretty color when you can have two? The Two Color Reversible Shells Afghan creates two crochet throw patterns in one. By using two separate yarn colors, this crochet afghan easily solves the debate on which color yarn you should use. It also gives you a lot of versatility, not only in design, with the ability to just flip the throw over if you'd like to use another color, but also in your color choice. You could keep it simple or add a bright pop of color, either way you can't go wrong.

Sorry. I've tried to upload a pic but it doesn't seem to be working. I'll try again but no promises

I've made several of these blankets and they are beautiful! As they are essentially two blankets so in together it is quite heavy and therefore you use twice the yarn than you would if it were a lighter blanket. But it's well worth the investment because as you can see by my picture The blankets are beautiful.

With the right colors, I believe this could be beautiful. Since it is shells on both sides, I'm thinking this could be a yarn hog. Do you agree?
