This requires 11 colors, some of them bright ones. It is made in ripples, one stitch which I haven't tried ever. I made this afghan for my nephew when he graduated high school. He loved it! I used different colors, ones he chose. This afghan was easy to crochet, and turned out great! Also easy care, which is very important to a college student.
