Everyone should read this before going to buy yarn so they know what the symbols mean. I have stood in stores just staring at these before not knowing if I was buying the right yarn for a project. This is very important to know. It would not be a good feeling if you made a blanket for a baby knowing it will have to be washed because you know it will get dirty and find out too late that it cannot be washed or dryed and it's too late. Thanks for the information.
