Autumn's Calling Crochet Afghan

Imagine for a minute that moment in the height of the fall season when the last of the trees have changed their colors, creating a wall of glorious colors glowing from their branches. This crochet afghan will help you capture a bit of that magic within your hook and yarn. The Autumn's Calling Crochet Afghan uses a unique granny square motif in an array of your favorite fall colors. A touch of gold, deep green, burnt orange and burgundy make up this unique crochet blanket pattern. Bring a bit of fall inside with this beautiful pattern.

This pattern is an interesting twist on the traditional granny square and not any more difficult. It's a great pattern to use up scraps too. The above colours, pictured are gorgeous in autumn shades, but would also look wonderful in winter holiday colours, like red and green or different shades of blue.
