Simple crochet patterns may seem hard to come by, so this pattern is helpful for those who are just learning how to crochet granny squares or for more seasoned crocheters who need a quick project. This is one granny square pattern I like for its simplicity and the stitches used are easy to do. I think this is the perfect pattern if you wanna use solid colors. It is fast to make and will make a very interesting conversation piece. Thanks for the pattern. Cheers!

I love this idea for using up scraps and eventually assembling a beautiful afghan. Beautiful idea!

I saw this once before on All Free Crochet and put the idea right to work. I now have oodles of squares in all colors made from leftover yarn ball scraps. They will make the koolest afghan when I have enough to assemble one. What a great idea this is. Thanks so much!
