I am unable to find any of the crocheted quilts listed. Either says pattern no longer available or page is not available. I especially like Clay's choice crochet quilt. Where can I find this pattern? Thanks

I am having trouble understanding how many of the 2.5 " squares make 1 of the squares. It says that the total amount of squares are "12". can you explain just a little more on how this is all put together? Please and thank you. the quilt is beautiful!
