I'm ready to cry!!! I have been working on this quilt for 3 months, it is for my Niecegodchild's wedding in July. I have all the pieces made and the individual pieces fit together, bands fit around eyes, center motif fits around bands. But I can't figure out how to assemble it. Could some one PLEASE help me? Thanks in advance, Debbie

hi lovely pattern made all the pieces but am having trouble with the edging of the eyes on one side i have the 39 sts and on the other i have 40 has any one else have the same problem or what am i doing wrong

Will not make this again unless someone ask me to, it's a lot of work and takes quite a few months to finish. the one thing I didn't like about the pattern is there was no border to speak of so I made my own. The picture I added to day will show the border and if you would like to add the same border let me know and I can give you the basic instructions for it. It is another 5 rounds of crocheting. The quilt fit the top of my queen size bed nicely.

I see you have made this quilt. Would you be willing to help me with the construction of mine? All the pieces are made but I can figure out how to put it together. I'd really appreciate any help you could offer. Thank you, Debbie

I'm so sorry this is really late. I hope you finally got your project pieced together. I used my floor by laying out the pieces to see the pattern then stitched sections together as the pattern guide showed. It was trying at times but it was worth it.

I know this has been a year, but I was wondering if you still have your border pattern available. I really like it, and like your color combination.

Rnd3 Join next color with sc in any corner ch 3 space, (hdc, 3 dc, hdc, sc) in same sp (beg corner), ch 1, sc,hdc, 3 dc, hdc, sc) in next ch 3 sp, ch 1, rep from across to next corner ch 3 sp, (sc hdc,3 dc, hdc, 3sc) in corner ch 3 sp (corner) around join in beg sc. Rnd 4 Join white with sc in 2nd dc of 3- dc group of any corner, ch 4, sc in same dc ( beg corner), (sc, ch 3, sc) in 2nd dc of next petal, rep from across to next 2nd dc of next corner, (sc,ch 4, sc) corner. Fasten off. I hope this works for you good luck. sorry this is late. I just thought of looking this pattern up again. You can contact me at barbara592015@yahoo.com.

Please clarify the following sts of the CENTER MOTIF: Rnd 5: a) dtr in the SIDE OF THE LAST SC WORKED -- I'm not sure of what "the last sc worked" means and need clarification; b) Rnd 5: "sc in last 5 sts" -- Uncertain as to meaning; c) Rnd 5: "join" -- If I've done this correctly, I am on my last * to **; where do I make my join?, because I find myself between the ch 12 stitch series (four total in this motif) and do not have a "ch3" as in previous 3 series. This is my first quilt. Your response will be greatly appreciated! Donna Mae Baukat

Great patterns.

Hi Karen, Have you made this quilt yet? If so, would you be able to answer my question above? Thank you, Donna Mae
