What a pretty project. It has a look that appears complicated but after looking at the instructions I can tell it will be fairly easy. I love the rainbow of colors in the photo. The edging is quite pretty for finishing the blanket off too. I could do different things with this. For some reason an orange and black one comes to mind for part of the dcor during the month of October. This would be nice made up for lap covers for people in the hospital, chemo or wheelchair bound patients or an elderly person who gets chilled easily. I think I'd like it for a shawl-like blanket. What do you think? Seems to be a great pattern for gift blankets.
