I have seen this in the past and just pasted over it thinking it was just another shell stitch. But No it isn't! I finely stopped and took a good look and read the written how to and watched the video. This is somewhat like the basic shell stitch but with a nice with a nice twist. I like the step by step pictures and the video show and clears up any confusion on how to make this Chinese Puzzle Crochet Stitch. I have saved this one and think I make make a blanket using this stitch. I just need to figure out how make it larger?? Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet stitch how to.

I would love to try this pattern, but I'm having problems with the site. It keeps putting up the video in front of the pattern. I'm an advanced crochet lady, I have been crocheting since I was 5. My aunt taught me and my mom and I crocheted together for a few decades. I would like to choose if and when I view the video.

Hi Rosie Ragland 201, Unfortunately we cannot address this problem since it is happening on the blogger's site. I think if you scroll on the blogger's page you can view the pattern without the video. If that doesn't work, please leave your feedback in a comment on the blogger's page so that she can help you out. Thanks!

Tried this craft? What did you think?
