This Baby Block Crochet Blanket is so lovely in soft blue and yellow alternating with white blocks. It used a very easy stitch, the double crochet which is very easy to do even for beginners. This baby blanket design would make a lovely christening or shower gift for either a baby boy or a baby girl. Thanks for the pattern. Cheers.

Question When I got to row 3, the key on the chart says "1 block (2DC)" in the darker squares. What's a block? The white squares are called "spaces," which is what I would expect. Thank you.

I believe it's either the blue or yellow squares but I may be misunderstanding. Perhaps this will help clarify: http://com.yarnspirations.pattern-pdfs.s3.amazonaws.com/Bernat_BabyCoordinates003_cr_blanket.en_US.pdf. Thanks, Krista, Editor

I can't follow the "chart" as it is. Very hard to discern.
