Beautiful water lily granny square that is very generously sized at twelve inches. Its great how the flower is not made and sewed on after the square is completed but it is made first and the square is worked onto it. This square would make a beautiful afghan. I would like to make it in a cotton yarn for a pot holder.

I adore granny squares. This one caught my attention. So unique. Thank you! #BestIdeaEver

The granny square is so cool. Looks like water lily. I will pin this pattern. Here's the link to the pattern http//www.hopefulhoney.com/2014/11/water-lily-afgh == an-square-crochet-pattern.html

I haven't seen this one before and I am loving it. The design, the color combo, everything about it. I just have to get started on one like it. I have come to the conclusion that people at All crochet do not want me to have a clean home. They keep offering these beauties so I will sit and crochet all day instead of cleaning! Thank you!
