This is the best tutorial I have ever encountered. Keep it up it is fantastic. Now all I need to do is learn how to translate American yarns to Australian yarns; eg fingering yarn, worsted weight yarn - compared to 'Ply' eg 4 ply, 8 ply etc. Hopefully I can find the answers on this site.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Fybromyalgia has changed my life from active to sedentary and after decades of playing tennis & softball and the last couple of years coaching under 11 netball I have been very low in spirits. So I decided that I may be forced to sit around but I am going to attempt to be as productive as I can. I live in a small country rural town where quilting is the main "pastime" & when I went along to my first meeting and it was found I could crochet I was surprised how many wanted to learn. Two evenings a week we meet and I learn to quilt 1 evening then teach crochet the next evening. It has warmed my heart & bolstered my soul immensely. So thank you for helping me brush up on my neglected skill and in a sense effecting the Epiphany I had to go to the CWA quilting evening. Now I do not feel so helpless and unproductive and as we have little money to spare this website will allow access to the many wonderful folk and their kindness in sharing their creations to allow others to create. Again, thank you soooo much.
