Has anyone worked and completed this pattern...and found an error in the instructions for row 2? I think I have discovered an error, but would like to confirm. Thank you!!

Hi... I have been stuck on Row 2 for 2 weeks. It has been a while since I attempted any crocheting, and just figured it was my error. Unfortunately, I am not experienced enough to know how to correct it on my own. Problem the stitches for row 2 don't match up in the correct order with Row 1. Help
