Crochet HookH/8 or 5 mm hook

Yarn Weight(4) Medium Weight/Worsted Weight and Aran (16-20 stitches to 4 inches)

Materials:

  • Caron® United® (4 oz/113 g; 235 yds/215 m) Dark Green (06016) 12 skeins
  • Size U.S. H/8 (5 mm) crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge.
     

Gauge: 13 sc and 14 rows = 4" [10 cm].

Measurement: Approx 48" x 60" [122 x 152.5 cm].

Instructions:
Ch 157.
1st row: (RS). 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook. 1 dc in next ch. *1 sc in next ch. 1 dc in next ch. Rep from * to end of chain. Turn. 156 sts.
2nd row: Ch 1. 1 sc in first dc. *1 dc in next sc. 1 sc in next dc. Rep from * to end of row. Turn. Rep 2nd row for pat until Blanket from beg measures 60" [152.5 cm]. Fasten off.

Side edging:
With RS facing, join yarn with sl st to bottom right corner. Ch 1. Work 1 row of sc evenly up side of Blanket. Fasten off. Rep for other side.
