Instructions for BLANKET:

Ch 127.

  1. Row 1: Dc in 4th ch from hook and in each remaining ch across (125 dc, counting beginning ch as dc). Ch 3, turn.
    Row 2: Dc across and in top of turning ch. Ch 3, turn.
    Row 3: Dc in each of the next 5 dc [ch 1, skip next dc, dc in next dc] 56 times, ch 1, skip next dc, dc in each of the next 5 dc and in top of beginning ch-3, ch 1, turn.
    Row 4: Sc in each dc and each ch-1 space across and in top of beginning ch-3 (125 sc). Ch 3, turn.
    Row 5: Dc in each of the next 5 sc, ch 1, skip next sc, dc in next sc, ch 1, [skip 3 sc, shell] 13 times, skip 2 sc, dc in next sc, skip 2 sc, [shell, skip 3 sc] 12 times, shell in next sc, ch 1, skip next 3 sc, dc in next sc, ch 1, skip next sc, dc in each of the last 5 dc and in top of beginning ch-3, ch 3, turn.
    Row 6: Dc in each of the next 5 dc, ch 1, skip ch-1 space, dc in next dc, ch 1, [shell in ch-1 space of next shell] 13 times, dc in center single dc, [shell in ch-1 space of next shell] 13 times, ch 1, skip next ch-1 space, dc in next dc, ch 1, skip next ch-1 space, dc in each of the last 5 dc and in top of beginning ch-3, ch 3, turn.
    Rows 7-54: Repeat Row 6.
    Row 55: Repeat Row 6 ending with ch 1, turn.
    Row 56: Evenly space 125 sc across working in number of sts and spaces required to match Row 4, ch 3, turn.
    Row 57: Dc in each of the next 5 sc, * ch 1, skip 1 sc, dc in next sc; repeat from * across (57 ch 1 sps) dc in last 6 sc, ch 3, turn.
    Row 58: Dc in each of the next 5 dc, * dc in next ch-1 space, dc in next dc; repeat from * across, ending with dc in each of the last 5 dc and in top of beginning ch-3, ch 3, turn.
    Row 59: Dc in 2nd dc and in each remaining dc across, ch 1, turn.
    Row 60: Sc in each st across. Fasten off. On opposite end, join yarn on WS and work 125 sc across beginning chain edge. Fasten off. Weave in ends.
