I just looked up this yarn..so now 1 skein of 'JUMBO' super Saver measures as each ball approx. 744 yards/14 oz, thus requires buying 2 jumbo skeins. However, RH sells a different super saver that's NOT jumbo and these measure 260 yds/5 oz Ball Weight so require approx 4 skeins for this project.

It would be super helpful if when you list materials, you actually include the preferred bulk/weight of the yarn AND the total yards required..as we can see this Red Heart yarn has changed its size plus I'm more interested in using up yarns I have already, and if you include the total yardage and weight displayed in the instructions, I don't have to go through the process of looking up this RH yarn above to see its details and calculating the total yards needed to complete this project. Thanks!

Wow. This Crochet to Two Skein Throw is a very beautiful lace pattern suitable not one for a throw but also for a scarf. I can actually imagine this pattern in white and oh, it would be so immaculately fit for a queen. But the color used here is not common which makes it stand out above the rest. It is a rare shade of green, very laid back, very earthly. Go ahead, make this throw, in any color your like or exactly this. Perfect gift for mom of for your own use. A very interesting piece of conversation.

Why can I not print out this pattern? It is not even Print Friendly compatible. Do I have to follow this on the computer w/o being able to make notes where necessary?

Hello lhudson4 7126429, if you scroll to the bottom of the pattern instructions, you will see a blue and white "Print" button. Clicking this button will create a print-friendly version of the pattern. Hope this helps! -Editors of AllFreeCrochetAfghanPatterns

This pattern doesn't require a ton of yarn which is great news for crocheters on a budget. Thanks for sharing!

This pattern is actually is a pattern by Coats Clark and was reproduced on the Purple Kitty Yarns blog with their permission. There is only one picture of this finished throw so I am assuming that it is the stock photo from Coats Clark. It would have been really helpful is Purple Kitty had added some of their own pictures either at the beginning or the end of the pattern to show us how they made this.

I'm at the level of an advanced beginner and I thought the pattern was easy and works up nicely. Regarding the amount of yarn... the Super Saver Jumbo yarn is now 14 oz NOT 16 oz as the pattern says.. So it will take slighly more than one skein of the Jumbo size. You can use the regular size (7 oz)Red Heart as the 2nd skein if you don't want to have as much leftover yarn (because you will need ABOUT 18 oz total)

2 trcl means...... it is not defined in the abbreviations. If this is 2 treble crochet cluster that would provided a better description in that area. It does not look like it will be easy. Anytime I struggle to decipher a pattern causes me some doubts. Would you reconsider updating the abbreviation and and its level is probable a level 3 easy.
