  1. With A, work 4 rows.

  2. With B, work 4 rows.

  3. With C, work 4 rows.

  4. With MC, work 4 rows.

  5. These 16 rows form Stripe Pat

Blanket Instructions

  1. With MC, ch 145.

  2. 1st row: (RS). 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook. 1 sc in each of next 3 ch. *3 sc in next ch. 1 sc in each of next 8 ch. Rep from * to last 5 ch. 3 sc in next ch. 1 sc in each of last 4 ch. Turn.

  3. 2nd and 3rd rows: Ch 1. Skip first sc. Working in back loops only, 1 sc in each of next 4 sc. *3 sc in next sc. 1 sc in each of next 4 sc. Skip next 2 sc. 1 sc in each of next 4 sc. Rep from * to end of row. Turn. Leave rem sc unworked.

  4. 4th row: Working in back loops only, sl st in each of next 3 sc. Ch 6 (counts as tr tr). 1 tr tr in each of next 2 sc. *3 tr tr in next sc. 1 tr tr in each of next 3 sc. Skip next 4 sc. 1 tr tr in each of next 3 sc. Rep from * to last 6 sc. 3 tr tr in next sc. 1 tr tr in each of next 3 sc. Turn. Leave rem sc unworked.

  5. 5th row: Ch 1. Working in back loops only, *1 sc in each of next 4 sts. 3 sc in next st. 1 sc in each of next 4 sts. Rep from * to end of row. Turn.  These 2nd to 5th rows form pat. 

  6. With MC, work 2nd and 3rd rows once more.

  7. Keeping cont of pat, work in Stripe Pat until Stripe Pat has been worked 3 times. With MC, work 2nd and 3rd rows once more. Fasten off.
