Lightweight Afghan

Not all afghans have to be heavy. This Lightweight Afghan is perfect for summer and warmer weather. You'll love this soft and simple crochet pattern. Since the majority of afghans are made of bulkier yarn meant to keep you warm, they cannot be used during the summer or spring months to cuddle up with because they can cause you to become too hot. This pattern uses a fine yarn weight allowing you to breathe more and stay cool enough to be able to use this pattern in the spring and summer months. It makes the perfect companion for movie nights or binge sessions even if it’s warm outside. Who says you can’t use blankets in the summer or spring?
