Yes. Kids will get excited with this Colorful Crayon Afghan. It includes primary and secondary colors. It can be a good way to study the different colors with mommy identifying the different colors in the color wheel. Beautiful!

I would definitely make this afghan and love the colors. I think, given the name, the the colors should pop right out at you just like they do in the box. I like the motif pattern as well. I have bookmarked it so I can start on it when I get the yarn.

yes I would crochet this afghan in the colors shown, the only difference would be the background color, and center of the circle color would be a bright sunny yellow, and the same color for the outer border...I think that would unify the color scheme a little better...plus the crayon-bright of the yellow would emphasize the crayon theme a lot better than the white background, which I think is dull.

I love bright primary colors and have done very similar afghans in the past. This is one I would definitely do. LI Roe

I would make this afghan using these colors it,s good one for small toddlers to learn their basis colors

Love the pattern, but don't care for the colors. The colors chosen don't blend together. They just seem to stick right into your eyes instead of flowing in a pleasing manner.

I would definitely make an afghan like this. I might use brighter, more intense colors but would use as many different colors as this pattern has. Thanks for the great patterns.

yes I would try this colorful afghan

I probably would'nt make this afgan, because I don't like having to put it together.

Most of mine have 3 or more colours in them

I most definately wouls make this afghan, probably more than once. When ever I have time and get enough scraps together I make lap size afghans for the elders at the nursing home where my own mom once lived. The ladies are really easy to make for but the men do not want fancy or frilly at all! This pattern is perfect.! It can be as colorful as you like, the motif will work well as an applied pocket, and the body will easily hold a sewn on name tag on the back. The size is also easy to customize. And I think you're right- kids would like it too!
